Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Sort Rush mobile game (the "App"), published by Aryan Pariyar ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

2. Coins and in-game items

Coins, power-ups, themes and other in-game items are part of the game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred. Progress and items are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App, reset progress or change devices. We may adjust in-game prices and rewards to keep the game balanced.

3. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Rewarded ads are always optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. Our Privacy Policy explains how ad-related data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App; not to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law allows; and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its advertising or services.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, levels, graphics, sounds and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any rights in our trademarks or content beyond the licence above.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Some features (such as ads or remote settings) need an internet connection; the core game works offline.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or in-game items, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
