Sort RushPrivacy Policy
Effective date: 25 September 2026
This policy explains how Sort Rush (the "App"), published by Aryan Pariyar ("we", "us"), an individual developer based in Nepal, handles information. We designed the App to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
1. Information stored only on your device
Your level progress, coins, unlocked themes, daily streak and settings (sound, music, haptics) are saved on your device so the game works offline. This data is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
2. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the following Google services. They may collect information automatically as described below and in Google's own policies.

We do not sell your information, and we do not combine it with any other data to identify you.
3. Advertising and your choices
- Rewarded ads are always optional. You choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
- Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy options.
- Advertising ID. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Google → Ads).
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the App stable and improving it for analytics, crash reporting and remote configuration.
5. Retention
Analytics data is kept for a limited period according to our Firebase settings, and no longer than 14 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Data on your device stays until you uninstall the App or reset your progress.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect names, emails or accounts, we generally cannot link data held by Google to you personally. To exercise your rights, reset your advertising ID, uninstall the App, or contact us at the address below and we will help where we can.
7. Children
The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Security
Data sent to Google services is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reputable providers and collect only what the App needs.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected in the App's store listing.
